Processing purpose
Either of two possible purposes may concur at the individual or joint levels. They are: (A) In the case of personal data of employees (internal or of a customer), to directly or indirectly manage them, and comply with legal obligations. (B) In the case of customers and suppliers, conduct normal business and advising relationships with them. Data are kept as long as the relevant relationship is active, and for the time allowed/obliged by law, without prejudice to the rights of deletion and others, discussed hereafter, that are held by the owners of these personal data. No profiles will be made of data owners.

Rights of the interested parties
Access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation and opposition to processing. Anyone is entitled to obtain confirmation regarding whether MATEOS LEGAL is processing their personal data. Owners of personal data are entitled to access their data, request rectification of inaccurate data or, if relevant, their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. Under certain circumstances, interested parties may request limitation in the processing of their data, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise of or defence from claims. Further, in certain cases and for reasons related with their specific situations, users and owners of data may oppose the processing of their data. The Company will cease in the processing of the data, unless for legitimate reasons or in the exercise of or defence from possible claims. All of these rights may be exercised before the Controller through the various forms of written contact outlined above.
